1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all access and use of the ph282 online casino platform, available at ph282.vip and any associated mobile or web-based interfaces operated by ph282 (collectively, the "Platform"). ph282 reserves the right to require documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including government-issued identification, proof of address, and source-of-funds documentation. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3. Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to maintain a maximum of one (1) ph282 account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, mobile numbers, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes fraud. ph282 employs technical and manual controls to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts will be suspended, balances will be frozen pending investigation, and bonuses will be forfeited.

4. Deposits & Payments

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests from your ph282 wallet are subject to the following conditions:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account verified as belonging to the ph282 account holder. ph282 does not process withdrawals to third parties under any circumstances.
• A minimum KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed. ph282 may require enhanced verification for withdrawals above specified thresholds.

• Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements ("turnover requirements"), which specify the total amount that must be wagered using the bonus balance before a withdrawal can be made. Wagering requirements and eligible games are specified per promotion.

7. Game Rules & Fair Play

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, ph282 will attempt to settle the affected round in accordance with the game provider's technical rules. Where a definitive outcome cannot be determined, the wager may be refunded at ph282's discretion. ph282's decision on the outcome of technical disputes is final.

8. Prohibited Conduct

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the ph282 platform — including but not limited to the ph282 brand name, logo, website design, game interface elements, promotional graphics, text, and software — is the intellectual property of ph282 or its licensors and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property law.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any ph282 content without prior written authorization from ph282. Unauthorized use of ph282's intellectual property will be subject to legal action.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph282's total liability to any member for any claim arising out of or related to the use of the ph282 platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ph282 shall not be liable for: (a) loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity; (b) indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages; (c) losses arising from events outside ph282's reasonable control, including internet service disruptions, payment processor outages, or force majeure events; or (d) losses arising from a player's own failure to secure their account credentials.

The ph282 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While ph282 makes reasonable efforts to ensure platform availability and accuracy, no warranty — express or implied — is made regarding uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or fitness for a particular purpose.

11. Responsible Gaming

12. Account Suspension & Termination

• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the Platform in connection with criminal conduct.
• A player's own request for self-exclusion or account closure.
• Regulatory direction from PAGCOR or another competent Philippine authority.

Upon account termination for cause, ph282 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation and may report relevant information to PAGCOR, law enforcement, or financial intelligence authorities as required. Before initiating formal proceedings, a player must first contact ph282 support with a written description of the dispute and allow ph282 a period of thirty (30) days to attempt resolution. This requirement does not limit a player's right to seek urgent injunctive relief where necessary to prevent imminent harm.
